Women Empowerment is an incorporated policy in the constitution of India in the year 1950. Equality to women, protection from gender discrimination, and empowering state to take affirmative steps in favor of women are the few Articles in the constitution.

YFS projects for Women Empowerment is keen to achieve ‘Women led-Development’ rather than just ‘Women Development’. In this regard our Sewing Machine Centres (SMCs) and Food Processing Units (FPUs) in Karnataka and Hyderabad region are working in full gusto and have enabled many to start new life.
