Vidya Chetana, a project of Youth for Seva, in partnership with Saloni Heart Foundation aims to provide scholarships for medical education to students from economically weaker sections in India.

About Saloni Heart Foundation: We provide unbiased medical consultation from some of the world’s best pediatric cardiologists & pediatric cardiac surgeons. In the last two years, we have provided over $1M worth of expert second opinions to more than 350 families and saved many lives.

We are planning to build a Center of Excellence in pediatric cardiac healthcare to treat 5,000 children directly every year in collaboration between the US & Indian hospitals. We will conduct international training programs & cross-pollinate best practices in pediatric cardiology to treat children with complex heart disease CHD.

Our vision is to make world-class pediatric cardiac healthcare accessible to every child with congenital heart disease (CHD).
