COVID-19 Isolation Centers |
Locations: Anekal: - Augmenting Anekal government hospital in association with Abhyudaya. Isolation centers at Hubballi, Belagavi, Raichur, Savadatti, Mudhol, Vijayapura, Bellari in association with Seva Bharati, and in Bengaluru in association with Rashtrotthana. | Isolating at home has largely helped patients with mild COVID symptoms. In underprivileged areas this has been a challenge due to the limited availability of resources and absence of caretakers. It is even more troublesome for them to find covid care outside as the nearest COVID centres are very distant from their localities. Youth for Seva in association with Seva Bharati is initiating free of cost isolation centres for such people. We have setup isolation centers across various regions in Karnataka which are in close proximity to the rural areas. With the aim to help as many people as possible, we’ve set up 8 centres. All these centres are well equipped to take care of 60 - 80 patients and are well stocked with medicines and a few oxygen beds. Ambulance facility is available for patients as well. We believe that it is not merely an isolation centre but a place for people to reignite their hopes, hence we focus on complete recovery of the patients. Our Doctors and Volunteers take utmost care to make the patients feel comfortable and go back to their homes rejuvenated. We take full responsibility for the patient and provide them all the necessary medicines and healthy meals. We conduct Yoga activities and Bhajans to heal them spiritually. Additionally, Our medical professionals are on duty 24 hrs and we also have visiting consultants. The patients are treated warmly by the staff members and are made to feel at home. These centres will help reduce the burden of our healthcare infrastructure and be a safe haven for people who are suffering. |
