Overview

Youth For Seva, Bhubaneswar, was officially launched when our founder visited the chapter and held a meeting with the active team members in June 2015. We began our programs with a corporate volunteering drive involving volunteers from the Infocity Industrial area. Through these initiatives, the organization established learning centers in two slum areas and organized various small programs as part of the local volunteering effort.

We actively support students from government schools in preparing for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) exam. This includes providing study materials, organizing workshops, and conducting mock tests to ensure students are well-prepared for the exam.

Abhyasikas Learning Center

Abhyasikas are free learning centers that provide educational support to children from economically weaker sections. These centers offer a safe and focused environment for learning, with the help of dedicated tutors who assist students in their academic journey.

To support the education of underprivileged students, we organize school kit distribution drives. These kits include essential supplies such as notebooks, stationery, and bags, ensuring that children have the resources they need to attend school regularly and focus on their studies.

Ankur, meaning "budding," is aimed at fostering the cultural and extracurricular talents of children.
