AGS Health - Employee Volunteering Programs

AGS Health is proud to collaborate with Youth for Seva and SociallyGood on a philanthropic journey called 'AGS Health Employee Volunteering Programs'. The current pandemic scenario has caused a great deal of uncertainty and reduced volunteering opportunities for corporates and their employees. AGS Health is answering this issue through their new CSR initiative, by promoting two key programs - Smart Class Program (SCP) and Employee Skills Management Program (ESMP). Both the programs are customised in such a way that it is easily accessible by all the employees and can be implemented with ease.With a strong culture of giving back to the society, we invite all AGS Health employees to participate and volunteer for these programs and make it a success.

Employee Volunteering Programs

Smart Class Program

Volunteers will be given topics from a set syllabus and they have to explain the concept to the students with the help of resources available with them (Videos, charts, visuals etc).

Employability Skills Mentorship Program

Employability Skills Mentorship Program is a 4-week mentorship program designed to help students pursuing graduation to prepare themselves to face interviews.
