Corporates contributing to communities is the cornerstone of Corporate Volunteering. Employers encourage employees to share their time, skills and energy for causes/NGOs identified by the corporates or to those chosen by the employees themselves. Corporate volunteering activities are burden-free since they are paid-time off for employees. It instils a sense of ownership and pride in employees and this symbiotic relationship nurtures many communities in innumerable ways.Youth for Seva is an effective, impactful and active volunteering organisation and facilitator of corporate volunteering programmes for many corporates.

Under corporate social responsibitity initiave by the corporates, they are encouraged to serve the society which could bring the positive impact. YFS team has designed volunteering program in such a way that volunteers can meaningfully contribute their time and skill for the societal benefit
