Youth for Seva is an ngo that was established in 2007 to enable youth volunteering in India. The organization was founded in Bengaluru by Sri Venkatesh Murthy ji, who recognized the need for effective volunteering organizations in India.
At YFS, we believe in the huge potential that our youth possess in enabling change. This has allowed us to engage large groups of people in having a positive impact on society.

Our Impact at a Glance
Over the past 18 years, we have expanded our horizons to reach over 36 lakh beneficiaries and engage over 2.46 lakh people in social impact volunteering across 12,453 seva kendras in India.
Our goal has been to provide meaningful volunteering opportunities in India to people from all walks of life.
Youth for Seva’s focus areas have also grown to include education, healthcare, environment, livelihood, and rural development, making us one of the most diverse volunteering organizations in India.

YFS partnered with the Global Impact team and Women @ Now at ServiceNow. As a part of motivation and encouragement, we have conducted a joyful and inspiring Women’s Day celebration for sewing machine trainees.
68 trainees participated in the event, along with the wonderful support of the ServiceNow team. One of the key highlights was a confident and vibrant ramp walk by trainees, encouraged by the ServiceNow team members
The event was filled with fun activities, laughter, and meaningful engagement. The trainees have also proudly showcased the garments they stitched and displayed their stitching materials, reflecting their hard work, creativity, and growing skills
The ServiceNow team appreciated the dedication and talent of the trainees and wished them continued growth and a bright future.
A truly memorable day celebrating confidence, skill, and empowerment.
