{mosimage}  On the eve of Deepavali, ten years ago, we were in our college (BMS Engineering College) wondering how to make Deepavali special. We decided to walk to SLV hotel, have a coffee and think over it. The moment we stepped out of BMS College, we saw children in Shishu Nivas playing on the ground.
