When I first enrolled as a volunteer, I had no idea what type of work I will be doing. I just had a desire in me to help children in need. Within a week after I enrolled, one of the coordinators called me and scheduled a visit to “Premaanjali Nele” in JP Nagar. This is a rehabilitation center for destituite girls. Some of them are orphans and few of them were picking up rags on the steets before coming here.

   Project Rashtrotthana Parishat conducts free tuition centers for schoolgoing children and non-formal education program for children not going to schools in over 200 slums of Bangalore.
